ACQUIRES STONE PERFORATING COMPANYDiamond Manufacturing Company, headquartered in Wyoming Pennsylvania, has acquired Stone Perforating Company of Chicago, Illinois. Stone Perforating was founded by Lloyd Stone in 1959 and has been a leader and innovator in the perforated metals market. Also included in the acquisition is Chicago EDM, an affiliate of Stone Perforating.
Diamond Manufacturing Company is the leading and largest perforator in North America with facilities in Wyoming, Pa, Michigan City, Indiana, and its affiliate stocking distributor, Perforated Metals Plus, headquartered in Charlotte, N.C.
